5 Heart Attack Triggers

1. Doing Strenuous Physical Exercise in the Morning
* The risk of heart attack increases 40% in the morning.
* When you are a morning exerciser, warm up thoroughly so as not to
additionally stress the heart.
* Regular exercise protects your heart, but increase your intensity level
gradually.
* If you are a beta blocker user, take it before bed so the medication is at
full strength in the morning.

2. Stressful Situations such as doing Presentation
* Extreme nervousness raises blood pressure, heart rate, and increase adrenaline
level.
* Avoid drinking coffee or else use decaf.
* Inhale and release all your tension.

3. Frequently Eating High Fat and High Carbohydrates Meals
* These food constrict blood vessels, making blood more prone to clot.

4. Bowel Movement especially when constipated
* Eat lots of fiber, stay hydrated, and avoid straining.

5. Stuck in Traffic
* Being stuck in traffic raises blood pressure and triples heart attack risk.
* You should divert your mind, all you have to do is listen to music.
* Take at least 3x of slow breathing technique.
